LocalAmp has two plans: Free, which costs nothing and needs no card, and Agent Pro Plan + CRM at $149/month, which is the whole system.
Starter has been retired. It is no longer sold. If you are on Starter today, nothing about your subscription changed on its own — see Canceling your subscription if you want to move.

What Agent Pro includes
Your website. Built in a nine-step editor, published to a domain you own, hosted by us. First publish costs a one-time 15-credit setup fee; republishing is free forever after that.
Quote funnels. Lead-capture flows served on your own domain and branded to your business, so a visitor never leaves your site to ask for a quote. We provision and brand these with you.
The CRM. Every lead in one place, opening on today’s work: what is overdue, what is due today, what is booked, and what has never been worked. The funnel and the CRM are the same system, so a lead arrives with the answers it already gave you.
Calling. A real phone number that takes inbound calls and rings you wherever you are. Outbound calls dial from your browser or your own handset. Every call is checked against consent and calling hours before it connects — the check runs at the moment you press Call, not when the screen loaded.
Texting. Two-way, from the same number you call from, with their reply landing on the lead rather than on a phone in your pocket. Permission to text about their own quote is recorded separately from permission to market to them, STOP suppresses a person immediately and overrides both, and a marketing text is capped at one per person per 24 hours. See How does the CRM work? for the detail.
Lead import. Already buying leads from a vendor? Import them, or issue that vendor an API key that delivers straight into your CRM. Imported leads keep their source, so you can tell where each one came from.
Reporting. How many leads arrived, how many you worked, how fast you got to them (median and 90th percentile), what sits in each pipeline stage, and what sold. Measured across every lead in your workspace, not a sample of a page.
Content. Drafts for Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, written from your business and your market. You review, edit and post every one — nothing publishes by itself.
Not included yet
We would rather name these than let you find out later. Number reputation monitoring and cost-per-lead / ROI reporting are not built. Neither is part of Agent Pro today, and the plan is not priced as though they were.
Credits
Content generation runs on credits. Every generated asset costs credits on every plan — there is no unlimited tier.
- Free — 1 credit every 30 days, refreshed automatically. You also get 3 credits at signup, from the onboarding milestones.
- Agent Pro — a monthly allowance per workspace, refreshed on your Stripe billing date. Your Billing page shows your current allowance and balance, and it is the authoritative number.
Credits are counted per channel, not per click: generating a Google Business Profile post and a Facebook post together costs 2 credits.
Monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up packs bought from the Billing page never expire and stack on top. Full detail: How credits work.
Who each plan is for
Free
- You want to see what a generated post and a built site look like for your business before paying
- One post a month is enough for now
- You want to try it without a card on file
Agent Pro Plan + CRM
- You want the site, the funnels, the CRM and the calling as one system rather than four subscriptions
- You already buy leads and want them worked somewhere that knows what they asked for
- You want to know your speed to lead instead of guessing at it
- You want a second workspace — a personal brand and an agency, or two businesses
Upgrading
Go to Billing → Upgrade inside the admin panel. Stripe Checkout handles the card entry. Your funnels and CRM are provisioned with you after that — it is part of the plan, not an add-on you buy separately.
Downgrading
You can cancel to Free anytime through Manage billing. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep Agent Pro until then. See Canceling your subscription for what you keep and what stops.
Workspaces
Free supports 1 workspace. Agent Pro supports 2 — usually a personal brand plus a business, though two businesses works the same way. Beyond two you would need a second account.
Refunds
Refunds are case-by-case. Email support (at) getlocalamp (dot) com with your invoice ID and we’ll sort it out. Stripe doesn’t offer self-serve refunds through the portal.
